We have to prepare our girls for any challenge that comes our way

But now most of us our wondering… How could we have we prepared them for this?
 
 
Much of what is happening now with battle against the spread of Coronavirus is unprecedented. Nobody saw this coming. And most of us weren’t prepared for losing our seasons.
 
Even if there’s a chance of resuming, the feelings right now include
 
» Feeling like you’ve lost a part of yourself
» Frustration because it’s out of your control
» Stress and anxiety at the thought of “what do I do now?”
 
 
These are all natural reactions to what is happening, and it’s ok to not feel good about it. It’s also completely within our power to flip the narrative and make the best out of a crappy situation.
 
And it’s our job as coaches to lead our girls though that reframe. That’s what we’re here to discuss today!

Phenomenal information

As a new coach that believes in the mental game being so important, the podcasts and group discussions online have been amazing. Thank you ladies so much! Just knowing that the day to day struggles and doubts are felt by so many others has been remarkably reassuring. Thank you for what you are giving to others in the sport.

I love listening to your podcasts while out on a run or on my way to work. They are focused and give me one or two pieces of inspiration to focus on with my team for the week. I have implemented a few key words (like "supportive") and have gotten huge returns from it! Keep up the great work!!
