The Goal Ladder Worksheet will help you set and attain your biggest goals this season. Start from the very top with your why (see episode 2 for more on that), then work down through long-term and short-term goals. You’ll work your way up the goal ladder ONLY if you focus on your daily process goals to get you there (see episode 1 for more on daily goals). And don’t forget to set check-in dates and add them to your calendar!
