This mini-course in particular was spurred into action thanks to (friggin') Covid. Coaches across the country are struggling with more restrictions, more time away, and more barriers to the the thing we love to do:

be on the field coaching our girls!
 
Figuring out how to keep our girls engaged & committed over breaks has always been a challenge though.
 
Alicia at the high school level doesn't see her girls for months AND gives her (Michigan) girls a week off at Spring Break - in the middle of her season(!) Mel coached DIII where they would put in some great work in the Fall and then be apart for almost 3 months before picking back up in the Spring.
 
We've found balance is the key. These girls need time off and rest (heck, we do too!) Yet we also want them to keep growing too.
 
We've tried giving them workout packets, checking in on them, encouraging them to hold each other accountable... And in the back of our minds, really not expecting them to follow-through. 
 
Then we came up with this plan - that balances the fun with the work in a way the girls buy into - and we've never looked back. Now we want to share it with you!
